The Panettone with white Figs

 
The white Fig is a breed spread throughout the whole south of Italy. Specifically, this product is derived from a species which is the result of a centennial process of evolution and adaptation to the surrounding environment. Once more, Alfonso Pepe creates masterpieces valorising the product of his own land.

Ingredients: 00 flour, white Figs 30% (white Figs, water, sugar, rum), butter, sugar, yeast, egg yolks, pasta orange (orange peel, glucose syrup and sugar), honey, malt, salt, natural flavors, vanilla beans from Madagascar.
