The Limoncello Colomba

A perfect combination of south and north Italy is achieved through this Colomba, which unites delightfully the soft and light paste of the Colomba to the intense taste of the Limoncello cream, all of which is topped with a white chocolate icing; a journey through the taste of the Sorrento coast.

Ingredients: flour, butter, sugar, egg yolk, natural yeast, pasta lemon (lemon peel, corn syrup, sugar), honey, cocoa butter, salt, vanilla beans from Madagascar.

Icing: limoncello cream 25%, white chocolate 29% (sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, milk fat anitro, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), glucose syrup, lemon 9% (14 degrees), white chocolate icing.


The Preparation
