The comfitures include different local products too, such as Battipaglia strawberries, cherries, Tramonti black cherries, Vesuvius apricots and raspberries with a minimum percentage of fruit of 55%. Jams include instead citrus from the Monti Lattari, such as lemons, oranges, tandarin and kumquat with a minimum percentage of fruit of 55%.
