The white fig is a breed spread throughout the whole south of Italy. Specifically, this product is derived from a species which is the result of a centennial process of evolution and adaptation to the surrounding environment. The filling is a harmonious blending of tastes: chunks of fig dwell in the golden paste, finely coated with the traditional icing and topping.
