The Coffee Colomba

 
The unique aroma of the coffee creates a perfect binding with the delicateness of the paste, giving this Colomba a strong soul but a smooth body.

Ingredients: farina, burro, zucchero, tuorlo d’uovo, lievito naturale, pasta arancia (scorza arancia sciroppo di glucosio e zucchero), miele, burro di cacao, sale, bacche di vaniglia del Madagascar.

Stuffing: coffee cream 25% (64% dark chocolate and milk chocolate 38% (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier, whole milk powder, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor and salt), cream, espresso, coffee freeze-dried coffee liqueur 9% (14 °), with dark chocolate frosting.
